Cambodian Wedding Ceremony

Maly and Laurence were married on October 25, 2014 in a combination of Cambodian and Western style. Their wedding day started early in the morning in their house as the Cambodian wedding ceremony with absolutely beautiful and colorful decoration and all official customs, including the groom and his family traveling to the bride’s home bearing gifts to the bride’s family as dowry. Then the celebration followed with the tea ceremony, hair cutting ceremony and pairing ceremony. The couple changed their wedding dresses four times during this three hour long ceremony. The Cambodian wedding is truly exciting experience and we were happy to be part of this celebration to capture all important moments for Maly and Laurence. After the Cambodian ceremony at the Laurence’s residence ended, the couple then moved to the Lovers Lane United Methodist Church on Inwood Road in Dallas for their Western style wedding ceremony.
